NO-COST SERVICES YOU RECEIVE:

  1. No Cost Door Blower test to detect leakage in the home
  2. No Cost Weather Stripping for windows and doors
  3. No cost caulking plumbing penetrations under kitchen and bathroom sinks
  4. No cost evaluation of attic Insulation levels (some customer can receive no cost attic insulation, which is based on insulation levels and the program qualifications. If the customer is approved they may pay no or low cost. If not approved and do not meet requirements you can request to be provided a quote if they would like the attic insulation completed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Home MUST be qualified for LOW INCOME 
  2. MUST have central  heat
  3. Must be first time you have had the program ( every 11 Years)
  4. NO holes in the walls or ceilings, broken out windows or water damage from busted pipes.​
